Prohibited services and requests

Requests we do not accept

• Illegal goods, services or activity under applicable Pakistani law.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives or instructions intended to cause harm.
• Controlled drugs, unlawful pharmaceuticals or restricted substances.
• Fraud, impersonation, forgery, identity theft, money laundering or deceptive financial activity.
• Gambling, betting or unlicensed games of chance.
• Pornographic, exploitative or sexually abusive content or services.
• Human trafficking, forced labour, exploitation or abuse.
• Hate, extremist, terrorist or violent activity.
• Stolen goods, counterfeit products or intellectual-property infringement.
• Hacking, malware, spyware, unauthorised surveillance or unlawful access.
• Services designed to evade legal, banking, regulatory or platform controls.
• Any request presenting an unreasonable risk to customers, the public, Wedlik or a third party.

Review and enforcement

Wedlik may request information needed to assess a service request, reject the request, cancel it, issue an appropriate refund, preserve relevant records or report activity where required by law.
